Doctor Michael Lalezarian, MD is a double board-certified fellowship-trained Vascular and Interventional Radiologist. He completed both his Radiology Residency and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at David Geffen School of Medicine at the Ronald Reagan Hospital at UCLA, where he received extensive training in minimally-invasive image-guided procedures. Dr. Lalezarian has since devoted his expertise to helping women with uterine fibroids, and is regarded as an expert in uterine fibroid embolization.

Dr. MIchael Lalezarian, MD holds staff privileges at multiple hospitals in the Los Angeles area including St John’s Providence Medical Center, Veteran Affairs Administration – West Los Angeles, and Olive-UCLA Medical Center. In addition to patient care, Dr. Lalezarian teaches and supervises medical students, residents, and fellows at the David Geffen School of Medicine in the Department of Radiology at UCLA. He is regarded as an expert in uterine fibroid embolization.
